Notice
Where instructed, the appropriate statutory notice is prepared and served.
Court claim
If the tenant remains after the notice stage, the possession claim is prepared and submitted.
Possession proceedings
We manage the proceedings through the possession stage, including one hearing where required under the current fixed-fee terms.
Enforcement
Where required, we apply for and manage the County Court Bailiff warrant through to attendance.
