Will BTC try to take over our landlord relationship?
No. The proposition is deliberately built around the message that your landlord remains your client and BTC works alongside your agency on the possession matter referred.
What is the fixed fee?
The current standard service fee is £1,500 + VAT, subject to the full Terms & Conditions, exclusions, court fees and third-party disbursements.
What does BTC need to review a case?
A short case summary, the tenancy record, deposit information, the landlord's reason for possession and evidence supporting that reason.
Does every case follow the same route?
No. The route depends on the possession ground, facts, evidence and whether the tenant leaves at an earlier stage.
Is the Agency Partner portal live?
Not yet. The portal shown on the site is a roadmap/concept preview. The intended direction is to provide clearer case and referral visibility to partner agents.
Is the 10% referral reward guaranteed?
The proposed referral reward is subject to eligibility and final partner terms, including invoicing, accounting and compliance arrangements.
